Riyadh, April 14, 2025: Alat Technologies Company (Alat) and King Saud University (KSU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic collaboration that supports Saudi Arabia's ambition to become a global hub for advanced technology and manufacturing.

The agreement outlines key areas of cooperation between the two entities, including joint research and development, talent development, and knowledge exchange in critical fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Semiconductor Production, Wireless Connectivity, and Embedded Systems.

Under the terms of the MoU, both parties will work together to:

• Launch joint R&D initiatives aligned with Alat's innovation roadmap.
• Develop short and long-term talent programs, including internships, hackathons, bootcamps, and advanced academic training.
• Facilitate access to top university graduates to support Alat's growing workforce needs.
• Establish a joint working group to oversee execution and future projects.

The MoU was signed by Eng. Ziyad Labban, Chief Manufacturing & Operations Officer at Alat, and Prof. Abdullah Al Salman the Acing President of King Saud University on April 12, 2025 marking the beginning of a strategic relationship aimed at accelerating industrial and technological advancement in the Kingdom.

This partnership reflects Alat's commitment to investing in national talent and fostering academic collaborations that drive innovation, in alignment with the goals of Vision 2030.
