ALAT and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources have signed a groundbreaking Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) underlining both parties' drive to achieving common national goals on the human capital development front.

According to the memorandum, ALAT will benefit from mutual expertise.

ALAT will be enabled to partner with the Ministry’s academies and educational affiliates in providing national and international advanced training, research, development, and skills-building programs.

Additionally, ALAT and the Ministry will collaborate on designing and delivering highly specialized academic and industrial training programs and enhancing the efficiency of ALAT training and excellence centers.

ALAT will also have access to existing Ministry-sponsored employment, training, scholarship, and qualification initiatives to enhance its human resources capabilities. These initiatives include international collaborations, knowledge-sharing, and practical experience to cultivate a globally competitive workforce.
