Alat is proud to participate in the Human Capability Development in Advanced Manufacturing initiative launched by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources during FII9, in collaboration with the Public Investment Fund (PIF), the Human Resources Development Fund, the Human Capability Development Program, and the National Industry Academy. The initiative aims to develop Saudi talent with advanced technical and industrial skills, supporting the Kingdom’s industrial transformation and strengthening national competitiveness in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Targeting the training of over 10,000 Saudis by 2035, the initiative offers specialized programs in advanced manufacturing and emerging industrial technologies. Alat plays a key role in this national initiative, as one of PIF’s leading companies, being the first among PIF’s portfolio companies to benefit from the initiative and actively contribute to its implementation, by strengthening its industrial capabilities and preparing the next generation of Saudi talent to lead the future of advanced manufacturing in the Kingdom.
